Concept of Spirit - Focus your consciousness

If we want a better more full interaction with our higher vibrations we must set the intention and clear our mind. It is said the outer world is screaming at us but the inner world is whispering to us. You want to be very quiet and listen carefully to the whisper.

This concept of "quieting the mind" is continually reinforced! It is the way to do it. It is the way the 3 dimentional being unites consciously with it's higher frequency "other" or "others." I still encourage meditation and the use of binaural beats, "binaural meditation," if you will, to make meditation easier and deeper and more in control. I still use binaural beats myself for those reasons. I often meditate without binaural beats or any meditation music. Sometimes I just meditate. The use of binaural beats makes the process more stable and solid and makes meditation sessions without binaural beats are easier. Both ways are valid, each has it's own strengths.

Set the intention of receiving only communication from the best and the highest, the wisest and most loving. Imagine a cocoon of white light around you. Fear nothing. Law of Attraction will take care of the rest. Quiet your mind and listen in a meditative state.

I usually hear of the "white light of protection" a kind of barrier against bad vibrational consciousnesses. When you think about it, that is counter to Law of Attraction. You can't push anything away in an attractive Universe. You can only attract. Therefore it is really the "white light of invitation." The intent and invitation is for high vibrational consciousnesses like your own "higher mind," spirit guides and Loved ones in spirit to answer your request for interaction. Again the interaction is usually through feeling, emotion and synchronicity. Leave Hollywood to Hollywood. You'er seeking Truth here.

If you are apprehensive or fearful. If you are worried about malicious vibrations coming to you. There is a simple solution, do not do it. If you are focusing on the worst, Law of Attraction will take care of that too and you will attract the worst.

It is an abundant universe; there is an endless store of all the best, everything that you could ever embrace in goodness and joy, waiting to be attracted to you by you.

Focus your consciousness only on what pleases you, think about and do only that which feels right to you in the deepest part of you. Be still and listen. You are Loved.
