The CIA has been interested in and using, Binaural beats Technology since the Sixties in their Remote Viewing program. Once I discovered that fact I have been making myself more aware of the technology.

My favorite right now is Spirit Guides. Relaxing and I can really get into it, I feel my head tingling and I just kind of get in the zone. Very helpful for meditation. I turn it up a little, using ear-buds, and it covers traffic noise and general interference.
I haven't had spirit guide contact but the meditations are much better. Maybe if I stay with it something will happen.
