I have been practicing Meditation for not even a year. I really didn't know what the word meant or what you were supposed to do. I didn't even know why you were supposed to do it.

I only had a ten minute free sample from The Unexplainable Store but it was working, and helping. I felt the improvement the very first time I used it. Later I bought several of the full version Mp3s.

The full versions are much more effective than the sample. By the end of my first half hour session with the Spirit Guides recording, I felt a very strong and deep sense of relaxation. There was a "tingling" sensation that I found very plesant that grew more intense after the first ten or fifteen minutes of listening. In deep meditative states the brain produces naturally certain frequency ranges (known as Alpha, Theta, and Delta). These frequencies have been measured precisely through repeated scientific studies with Buddhist monks and others experienced in meditation.

What Brainwave Entrainment does is reproduce those exact frequency ranges for you.

The way it works is by broadcasting two distinct frequencies in each ear; beneath a soundtrack of soothing music. The two sounds have a slight variation in frequency. The difference between the frequencies cause the brain to compensate, producing a third frequency. This third frequency is tuned to the exact meditative state you are wanting. Great Prices, Wide Variety

The Unexplainable Store offers a selection of more than 27 Mp3 downloads that will bring you quickly to the meditative states you desire.

My recommendations are Spirit Guide and Full Spectrum Energy Lift. The Spirit Guide recording is a half hour in length and puts me in a very good place. I use it everyday.
Full Spectrum Energy Lift is ten minutes and it does work. I've used it on several occations where I was worn out from the day. Ten minutes of quiet time with this recording produces, for me, that "second wind" that gets the work done during the late afternoon and evening hours.

I have been recommended, but not tried, the 'Ultimate Mind Package' it contains over two hours of audio recordings: Alpha Meditation, Theta Meditation, Charkra Tuning and Manifestation. I understand you can actually feel which Chakra is being focused upon.

Top Quality Meditation Product

Ennora is the newest of the three. I gave them a four and a half out of five, strictly for selection. They simply have not created the diversity of inventory that the Unexplainable Store has.

Ennora's website is a study in simplicity and elegance. Everything is straightforward, easy to understand, and pleasing to the eye. Their ten minute demonstration recording is simply "click and listen".

I have been using the Meditation Pack, which is the Crystal Clear Mind recording and the Deep Concentration recording. Saves you ten dollars buying the Meditation pack. Look for the special offers at the bottom of each product page.

Crystal Clear Mind is my favorite Binaural Beat recording. I highly recommend that one. Hard to explain, but my whole body was affected by that recording. Relaxed and tingling all at the same time, I love it!

Keep your eye on Ennora, I think their potential is fantastic. They already have the technology.

Holothink offers a single package called 'Deep Zen Meditation' focused specifically on Meditation. 'The Lazy Man Or Woman's Way to Total Peace and Happiness', according to their homepage.

This is the only one here I have not tried myself although the ten minute demonstration is very good, but it does require an email address.

I've been told that this is a great product for someone interested in simply adding Brainwave Entrainment to their current meditation practice.
