Did you know that?: Diets don’t work and that’s why the diet industry does so well no matter how the economy is. Diets focus on “can’t have” and when your basic survival instincts hear “can’t have” your natural fear of starvation kicks in and works against your diet plan.
With only a few basic tips and changing your outlook to a positive one, you can change your body. Remember your stomach is only the size of your fist when closed, and that is all you need to eat at any one sitting.
Have you ever noticed the first few bites are the only good ones anyway? Then allow sufficient time (about 4 hours) between meals to properly digest. In order for your body to work properly, it must go through the necessary process of 1,) hunger, 2.) nourishment, 3.) digestion, 4.) elimination.
Allow that entire process to be completed, and don’t start in the middle of it with more food too soon. Also, make it a good habit not to eat after 8 pm at night when your body starts to slow down, meaning your metabolism slows down, as well. You’ll feel better and sleep better with no food in your stomach at bedtime.
Did you know that conquering your fears can speed up your metabolism? Then you lose weight naturally. But most importantly, love YOU as you are this very moment! Because when you love yourself completely, the changes happen naturally and effortlessly. Rid yourself of the fears that hold you back and love yourself.
